Install and delivery fees for our flower walls are calculated based on the event location and the specific services and rentals provided. To ensure an accurate quote, kindly fill out our Inquiry Form, and we will promptly provide you with the relevant information.

Please take note of the following important details:

- For indoor setups, a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet is required to accommodate the flower wall installation.

- Outdoor setups are permitted, subject to weather conditions.

- To secure the flower wall, a clearance space of 2-3 feet behind the wall is necessary for weights.

- Additionally, our team members require 2 feet of space on either side of the flower wall for setup purposes.

- Please ensure that there is a minimum space of 10 feet in width and 10 feet in length available for the flower wall setup. If there are any other items or decorations near the intended setup area, kindly wait until our team has completed the flower wall installation or relocate those items before our arrival.

- Please note that renters are not permitted to hang signs on the flower walls. If you would like to include your own sign, kindly provide this information in your inquiry, as we may be able to accommodate your request.

- Only our team members are authorized to set up and dismantle the flower walls. Renters are not permitted to pick up or return the item themselves.

- If you wish to attach your own balloons, please ensure they are attached to the pole of the flower stand rather than directly onto the delicate flower wall panels.
