The convenience of picking up event rental items is extended to the vast majority of our inventory. We take pride in offering a seamless experience for our customers, allowing them to personally collect most of their chosen rental items.

However, it's essential to clarify that certain select items fall outside this scope. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pick-up requests for specific items such as our exquisite flower walls, intricate stacked marquee units, and captivating LED signs when they are not rented in conjunction with a backdrop. 

This differentiation helps us maintain the quality and integrity of these specialized pieces while continuing to provide the utmost flexibility for our valued customers.
